Quantum Dot Conjugation
MagDots and MultiDots feature functionalized surfaces that bind to cells expressing your target biomarker.
Quantum dots’ bright fluorescence combined with antibody conjugation makes for an ideal fluorescent probe. The antibodies on our nanoparticle’s surface bind to your selected biomarker and fluoresce to provide unambiguous identification.
The MagDot’s dual magnetism and fluorescence enables a bulk magnetic separation in 20 minutes or less and allows for immediate fluorescence analysis. No need to fluorescently label cells after magnetic purification – saving time in downstream analysis.
In addition, we have kits available for our reagents to perform conjugation to your own antibodies.
